A year of charges
Across two cards and a checking account, mixed in with everything else you bought.
Receipts everywhere
In three inboxes, a camera roll and a coat pocket.
One question
Your CPA asks for "your business expenses". Now you have to find them.
Pulling it all together takes the evenings you would rather spend on the work that pays.
And the usual fix is one more app: another login, another inbox, another thing to keep up with.
Meet Amy.
Hi, I'm Amy. I do the paperwork side of your work: the receipts, the statements, the "what was this charge?" Tidy books make my day, which probably says a lot about me 😅
Amy is the face and voice of Reapt. Working with her is like having a bookkeeper you can text. She remembers what you told her last time, so you don't have to start from the beginning each time.
Talk to her where you already are.
Text her a photo of a receipt. Forward her the email it came in. Send her the statements you download from your bank, or bring them to her on the web.
No app to download. No bank login. Your email and calendar, if you choose, give her more to work from.
She asks only what she must.
Amy finds your likely business expenses, including the ones that never show up as a charge, and tells you which records are missing.
What she can't work out on her own, she asks. One quick question at a time.
You and your CPA decide.
You confirm what Amy found. Your CPA sees where every number came from and makes the call. Amy does not prepare returns or give tax advice.
