1. Send Amy what you have.
Text her a photo of a receipt. Forward her the email it came in. Send her the statements you download from your bank, or bring them to her on the web.
Send them as they are. Your email and calendar, if you choose, give her more to work from. There is no bank login to hand over.
2. Amy finds what matters, and asks what she must.
Amy finds your likely business expenses across all your statements, including the ones that are easy to miss because they never showed up as a single charge. She tells you which records are missing, so you know what is worth looking for.
When something only you would know, she asks. One quick question at a time, by text or email, whichever you prefer.
3. You and your CPA decide.
You review and confirm. Your CPA sees the source behind every line and makes the call.
Amy does not prepare returns or give tax advice.
Your records stay yours.
Encrypted at rest, stored in the US, and never sold. A text or an email crosses other networks before it reaches us; on the web, it is encrypted all the way. More on security and privacy, and short answers in our FAQ.
